    CHEMAOIL WASH OILS

    Wash oils which are designed with high aromatic contents are injected into ethylene crackers on a continuous basis or on regular intervals as an efficient anti fouling agent. Wash oils have a fairly high initial boiling point so that they won’t immediately flash to vapor. The typical fouling agents are polymers, aromatics and other products like cyclic dienes and oxygenates.

    APPLICATIONS

    1.

    It controls the build-up of polymers on cracked gas compressor turbines, seals, intercoolers, and heat exchangers.

    CHEMAOIL WO-P SERIES

    CHEMAOIL WO-P series oils are basically saturated aliphatic and alicyclic nonpolar produced by a superior technical. They are hydrophobic, colourless, tasteless, odourless, chemically inert & stable and have excellent UV stability. They meet the requirements of US FDA 21 CFR 3620 178 (b).

    APPLICATIONS

    1.

    It improves and controls the melt flow rate of the finished polymers.

    2.

    As internal lubricants and/or external lubricants in PS, PVC, PP, finished polymers like crystalline polystyrene, PVC, PP, PE, TPE formulations

    3.

    As plasticizer in various thermoplastic and elastomer compounding such as EPDM bright, EPDM black, SEBS, TP, Butadiene Acrylonitrile etc.

    4.

    To improve physical properties such as lower hardness, improved flex and low temperature performance, swell tendency and improve antistatic resistance.
